To streamline our operations and keep our prices competitive, please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items purchased through our site for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal reasons.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our products and shipping process. We will happily provide a free replacement for any order that is damaged during transit or lost by the carrier.

For Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

For Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived and the tracking information shows it has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement.
For all approved claims, we will ship a replacement of the same item to you at no additional cost.
3. Important Considerations

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. The Tech Nest is not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
